Pre-Registration was extended to 19 November 2024.  Please be advised that there have been some problems with PayPal and pre-registration.  We are all aware of it, and the Kingdom PayPal team is working to fix things.  Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding, and be prepared to show proof of membership if needed. 

As winter's woeful song begins to sweep across our beautiful shire once again, our thoughts turn to friends, a warm fire and War!  The very beautiful Shire of Rusted Woodlands is delighted to invite the valiant warriors, learned artisans, and good Gentles of The East Kingdom as well as her beloved cousins from far off land as well as close neighbors to test their mettle once again at the glorious battle we call The 100 Minutes War. 

***As we continue strive to plan and produce the best possible event and experience for our local and expanded family, we cannot promise that the ongoing and still very much alive pandemic will not touch or also visit our event.  Masks continue to be absolutely welcome in the Hall and grounds if you feel more comfortable wearing them.  We do implore you, if you are feeling unwell to please stay home.  Testing before attending is encouraged if possible.  We would love to see you, but would also celebrate seeing you some other time when we are all well.*** Pets are not allowed on site.  Service animals (licensed, and vaccinated) are, of course, permitted.

Our schedule is as follows, times may shift depending on attendance levels and warriors present.  Thank you in advance for your patience and flexibility.


The 100 Minutes War

Site opens at 9:00 to the public.  We ask that you park at a safe distance from one another; there is plenty of parking available.  Please be considerate of your other parking friends and mindful of your decisions.  Don't block in other cars.  A limited number of spaces near the hall will be set aside for those cars displaying valid handicapped license plates or placards.  The main parking lot is a grass lot and may have muddy spots due to weather.  Sadly we have no control over the myriad different types of weather we may or may not have this time of year in the East Kingdom, so we respectfully request using your best and most considerate decisions. 

Morning Court is between 9:30 and 10:00, location to be announced if applicable.

Due to the popularity of this event, we do ask that all combatants be armored and ready to fight at the scheduled time.  We also ask that you get in as early as possible and get inspected before making your way to the list and the MOL.  If you're not properly inspected, you will not be able to fight.

12:00 -2:00PM:  100 Minutes War

A&S Display:  in the main hall until 4:00 PM.  Theme is "Autumn's End".

Day Board by Baroness Edana Inghean Aluinn Mac Kinnon and Mistress Lu An-Hua will be served at 1:00.  Menu will be a mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern. 

Royal Court, scheduled at 5:00 to 5:30 in the evening, may start earlier depending on the needs of Their Majesties.  Times will be announced.  Thank you in advance for your flexibility.  Location to be determined day of Event.  There will be a listing of traveling morning courts listed at Troll day of the event.  Locations of all courts will be dependent on ambient temperature and precipitation. 

There will be Merchants in the main hall, a heraldic consultation table, and A&S display in the main hall until 4:00 in the afternoon, at which point the hall will be readied for court, should court be held there.  Coffee and hot water will be made available during the event.  Day board will be brought out to combatants of all disciplines as well as served in the main hall at 1:0OPM-2:00PM.  This schedule may vary for outside attendance concerning weather.

This year we are very happy to have pre-registration available.  Preregistration will allow us to plan for our dayboard.  Preregistration gets you a discount and gets you into the event quicker.  Preregistration closes 11/19/24.  The link and its relevant information is in the reservations section below.
