Nova Schola

Once again, the Shire of Hartshorn-dale is hosting an event that celebrates knowledge!  It is called Nova Schola and it's happening again!  Please join us for a day of learning and fellowship.  We plan to have classes on many subjects from service to A&S, as well as dance and martial activities.  Whether you’re new to the Society or have been around long enough to remember the original Nova Schola, we hope to have something of interest.

--> This year Nova Schola will not be offering a day board, but we will be providing a variety of snacks and pre-packaged goodies.  You are of course free to bring your own food.  This year we will be building in a lunch break so everyone can be sure to eat and not miss any classes!

--> Another large change will be the layout of the site; all activities will be taking place on the upper level.  A large classroom, that we have not made us of before, on the upper floors will become the new social area.  That will allow us to keep all the classrooms (except the one accessible from outdoors) on the same upper level as the social area.  No more long hallways and multiple staircases needed!  The upper floor also has a wheelchair ramp at one entrance to hopefully make this site as accessible as possible for guests.  We hope you will find this change as exciting as we do in order to make sure this site can be comfortable for everyone who comes out.
