Baronial Birthday, Barony Beyond the Mountain

Welcome one and all to the celebration of the Barony Beyond the Mountain’s 54th birthday!
A day of fighting, fencing, throwing, and gaming is planned. 

GAMES:  We will have medieval board games to play!  Or bring your own board and card games to share!

Merchants are welcome to offer their wares. 
Merchants can set up starting at 8:00 in the morning on Saturday.  There is space indoors and outside!  If an indoor space is wanted with a table please contact our merchant coordinator.  Indoor Break down must be *complete* by court

We will be offering an evening feast that will delight the taste buds!

FEAST MENU IS FORTHCOMING!

The indoor site is flat, has traditional and wheelchair accessible bathrooms, and has a family/gender neutral bathroom.
Outdoors is predominantly parking or mostly flat grassy area.

PARKING- There are approximately 60 parking spaces at the church.  Across the street and about 1 block down there are 2 large public park parking areas for overflow.

Site opens:  9AM (8AM for staff and merchants)
Fighting/fencing/throwing:  10AM - 3PM
Court:  4PM
Feast:  5PM
Site closes:  10PM

This is a dry site.
No smoking or vaping on site.

Any assistance with clean-up before close of site will be cheerfully accepted!

No animals are allowed on site except Service Animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (guide dogs, signal dogs, or other animals individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability).
