Greetings!
Planning for this Historic Crown Tournament is underway. Due to the numbers we are expecting, we encourage all of you to preregister and check in to the event on Friday. There is plenty of room for camping on site and many hotels nearby in Albany.

Unfortunately, we have not yet been able to confirm any food vendors. Please bring your own picnic lunch.
Above ground fire pits are allowed.

Gate open noon to 11PM
Fencing pick ups- TBD
Saturday, May 3rd:

Procession- 10AM
MoL Opens - 8:30AM
Court-TBD
Dancing- After Court
As an event attendee, if you can check in on Friday and get your car tag, we will be able to wave you straight in on Saturday morning. We are hoping to have the drive through check in again to get every one in quick.
Unfortunately, we will not be allowing dogs on site for this event. Service animals are welcome.

Adult member: $25
Youth under 18: Free
There is a $75 dollar charge for RV hook ups.

A PayPal invoice will be generated within 24 to 48 hours of the online pre-registration survey being submitted. Online pre-registration is not complete until the PayPal invoice has been paid.
April 25, 2025 is the final date for PayPal pre-registration.
This survey does ask for membership information but you will still need to provide proof of membership at the event.
