Event details

The wheel turns, the sun rises and sets, after much dedicated service, the time has come for our current armored champions to rest.  Before they can do so, new champions must be found.  The gauntlet has been thrown, who will answer the call? Who will bear witness to the day?

The Shire of Eisental is honored to host The Earl Horic Memorial East Kingdom Armored Champions Tournament on May 17th, 2025 at the Schuylkill Valley Fairgrounds in Schuylkill Haven PA. 

List will open at 10am for authorizations and tournament registration and close at 11:30am.  Combat will commence at noon!

Merchants are welcome, there is no fee but please register in advance so we can best accommodate you.  Please contact Lady Elspeth y Gweledydd, podlingsplace@yahoo.com.  Please provide your footprint including ropes with your request.

Registration:
All youth (under 18 years of age) are free

Preregistered:
Adult Members $15.00
Adult Non-Members $25.00

At the door:
Adult Members $20.00

A PayPal invoice will be generated within 24-48 hours of the online preregistration information being submitted.  Online preregistration is not complete until the PayPal invoice has been paid. 

PayPal preregistration will be available until 11:59pm on 5/13.  We are pleased to announce we will be able to accept credit carts at the door. 

Feast:
We've recruited local food trucks for lunch which will include vegetarian options.  Menus and details on the event webpage.
