C is for Creative

New to the SCA and unsure how to get started? Already here but want to try something new? Or are you the type who wants to do it all? This is the event for you!

Starting something new can seem daunting and a bit of a financial investment.  Have no fear, there are creative approaches that are kind to your coin purse and will see you well on your way to discovering a new passion.  The event will offer classes on several aspects of the SCA, with a focus on where to spend your money wisely as you try something new.  We will answer the age-old question “I wish I knew this when I started”! 

And because we really want to encourage people to come out and see what we do, this event is being run on donations.  That's right, no fixed gate fee, we want you to come try new things and have fun.  Donations can be made at the gate with cash or check.

Want to share your knowledge and help others get started? Are you an expert at scoring finds at thrift stores or garage sales? We are looking for teachers!
